In order to promote the legal,rational and effective use of data,and to ensure the lawful,orderly and free flow of data,relevant laws and regulations on data security in my country have also been released intensively.The basic”legal fortress”of data security protection,the”Regulations on the Security Protection of Critical Information Infrastructures”,”Regulations on the Management of Network Data Security(Draft for Comment)”and other regulations have also been released one after another,and financial,industry and information industries have successively released data supervision regulations.,my country has initially established a data legislative framework.

为推动数据的依法合理有效利用，保障数据依法有序自由流动，我国数据安全相关法律法规也密集发布，《网络安全法》《数据安全法》《个人信息保护法》等法律先后出台，共同构筑了数据安全保护的基础性“法律堡垒”，《关键信息基础设施安全保护条例》《网络数据安全管理条例（征求意见稿）》等法规也陆续发布，金融、工信等行业陆续发布数据监管规定，我国已初步搭建起数据立法框架。
