Recently,giant companies represented by the”Four Families”of industrial robots are accelerating their deployment in the Chinese market,investing in new or expanding robot factories,improving production capacity and efficiency,in order to seize more market share and a new round of production capacity.The competition has started.

ABB has invested 150 million US dollars to build a robot super factory in Shanghai,and plans to put it into production in the first quarter of 2022.Although no specific production capacity data has been announced,it is reported that the maximum annual production capacity can reach 100,000 units.

In terms of FANUC,it will invest 1.5 billion yuan to build its largest robot production base in the world after Japan.The production capacity will also reach 100,000 units.

In terms of Yaskawa,it has established a joint venture with Changying Precision,aiming at a new generation of small six-axis industrial robots mainly used in the field of 3C electronics.By 2021,it will achieve an annual production capacity of 10,000 units,plus system integration and standard workstations to achieve annual sales Income of 3.2 billion yuan.

In terms of KUKA,as a company acquired by Midea,especially if it will be completely acquired as a private company,the future industrial robot business will undoubtedly be more inclined to the Chinese market.Judging from the current situation,KUKA’s factories in Shanghai and Foshan have been put into production.,the highest annual production capacity has reached about 50,000 units,and the second phase of the Foshan project is still under construction.It is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 100,000 units after completion in 2024.

近来，以工业机器人“四大家族”为代表的巨头企业，都在加速对中国市场的布局，投资新建或扩建机器人工厂，提高生产能力与效率，以抢占更多的市场份额，新一轮产能竞赛已经开启。

ABB方面，投资1.5亿美元，在上海建设机器人超级工厂，计划在2022年一季度投产，虽没有公布具体产能数据，但据透露最高年产能可达10万台。

发那科方面，将投资15亿元人民币，在上海兴建其继日本之外的全球最大机器人生产基地，工厂占地面积合计将达到34万平方米，是原来一二期项目的5倍，年产能同样将达10万台。

安川方面，与长盈精密成立合资公司，瞄准主要应用与3C电子领域的新一代小型六轴工业机器人，到2021年，实现1万台的年产能，加上系统集成和标准工作站，实现年销售收入32亿元。

库卡方面，作为被美的收购的企业，特别是将被完全收购成为私企，未来的工业机器人业务无疑会更加偏向中国市场，就目前的情况来看，库卡在上海和佛山的工厂都已投产，最高年产能已达约5万台，另外还在建设佛山二期工程，预计2024年完工后可实现年产能10万台。
