The announcement shows that based on the strategic layout of the CNC machine tool industry and the full recognition of the future development prospects of the CNC machine tool business of Rifa Precision Machinery,the National Manufacturing Fund plans to increase its capital by 300 million yuan and subscribe to Rifa,a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rifa Precision Machinery.The 24.52%stake in machine tools is used for the development of Rifa machine tool business and the supplement of operating funds.After the completion of this capital increase,the shareholding ratio of Rifa Precision Machinery in Rifa Machine Tool will be reduced from the current 100.00%to 75.48%.The holding ratio of the National Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Fund will be 24.52%.

公告显示，基于对数控机床产业的战略性布局，及对日发精机数控机床业务未来发展前景的充分认可，国家制造业基金拟增资3亿元，认购日发精机全资子公司日发机床24.52%的股权，用于日发机床业务发展及运营资金的补充。本次增资完成后，日发精机持有日发机床的股权比例将由当前的100.00%降至75.48%。国家制造业转型升级基金持有比例将为24.52%。
