The basic design concept of the MX system is to provide standard electrical and mechanical interfaces for all electronic and electromechanical components used.By adopting this design philosophy,the system only needs to be equipped with two types of interfaces:

-The individual functional units are integrated into the EtherCAT network via the data interface,while supplying 24 V DC and,if necessary,48 V DC.

-The second connection is a standard connection for the low pressure range.The second interface is used to output the supply voltage up to 530 V AC and the DC link bus voltage of the drive system up to 848 V DC.

Through the standardization of interfaces,all functions in a conventional control cabinet can be mapped into a backplane system.Like the connectors,there are two types of backplanes with standard connector style connectors.The back panel adopts a sturdy and durable aluminum case,and the back panel and the case are combined to form the bottom plate.In addition,the MX system also includes all functional modules in the product areas of industrial PCs,bus couplers,I/O,motion control,relays and system power supplies.They can all be simply plugged into the base plate and fastened with screws.The protection level of the backplane and functional modules combined can reach IP67,which can be directly installed on the equipment,significantly improving space utilization.

MX系统的基本设计理念是为所有采用的电子元器件和机电组件配备标准的电气和机械接口。通过采用这样的设计理念，系统只需配备两种类型的接口：

-通过数据接口将各个功能单元集成到EtherCAT网络中，同时提供24 V直流电，必要时，还可提供48 V直流电。

-第二个接口则是适用于低压范围的标准接口。第二个接口用于输出最高530 V AC的电源电压以及最高848 V DC的驱动系统直流母线总线电压。

通过接口的标准化能够将传统控制柜中的所有功能映射为一个背板系统。与接口一样，背板也分为两种类型，配备标准连接器样式的接口。背板采用坚固耐用的铝质外壳，背板与外壳组合构成底板。此外，MX系统中还包含了工业PC、总线耦合器、I/O、运动控制、继电器以及系统电源等产品领域的所有功能模块。它们都可以简单地插接在底板上，通过螺丝拧紧固定。底板和功能模块组合后的防护等级可达IP67，可以直接安装在设备上，显著提升空间利用率。
