The market structure of digital technology intangible assets has endogenous asymmetry.On the one hand,knowledge monopoly enterprises at the top have the right to increase pricing and high concentration;on the other hand,leading enterprises can trigger fierce competition among lower-level suppliers.

The influence of knowledge monopoly on the global industrial chain is different from the past.Instead of further downward pressure on the middle part of the smile curve,it points to upward pressure on both ends of the curve,where intangible assets are centrally controlled.In this way,in the reconstruction of the global industrial chain,on the one hand,leading countries are urged to place more and more emphasis on intellectual property supervision in international trade agreements;
