The communication mode of double digitization and bidirectional transmission is adopted.From the bottom layer of sensors,transmitters and actuators,the fieldbus network is used,and the communication network is interconnected layer by layer up to the highest layer.A number of branch communication lines extend to the production site and are used to connect field digital instruments,using a pair of N connections.

The hierarchical architecture is adopted,the communication network is distributed in each layer and the digital communication mode is adopted.Only the conventional analog instruments at the production site layer are still in the one-to-one analog signal(such as 4~20mA DC)transmission mode,which is a”half digital”.signal system.

采用双数字化、双向传输的通信方式。从最底层的传感器、变送器和执行器就采用现场总线网络，逐层向上直到最高层均为通信网络互联。多条分支通信线延伸到生产现场，用来连接现场数字仪表，采用一对N连接。

采用层次化的体系结构，通信网络分布于各层并采用数字通信方式，唯有生产现场层的常规模拟仪表仍然是一对一模拟信号（如4~20mA DC）传输方式，是一个“半数字信号”系统。
