A serious power failure can cause a DCS to fail,and a power outage can sometimes happen for the smallest of things.For example,the power supply terminal is not crimped or is not tightly crimped,resulting in poor contact,or the connection screws are loose;the connection point of the power line is in poor contact due to corrosion,resulting in an increase in the impedance of the power line and a decrease in insulation.The occurrence of the above problems may lead to instantaneous interruption of power supply or long-term power outage.Therefore,the output voltage of the power supply should be checked regularly,and the power supply circuit should be checked when the production is stopped for maintenance,and the screws should be fastened to ensure that there is no wiring problem in the power supply.UPS battery life should be replaced,do not wait for failure to replace.
电源出现严重故障会导致DCS瘫痪，断电故障有时可能就发生在不起眼的小事上。如供电接线头没有采用压接或压接不牢造成的接触不良，或者接线螺钉松动；电源线的连接点因腐蚀产生接触不良，导致电源线的阻抗增大和绝缘下降等。以上问题的出现都有可能导致供电瞬间中断或长时间断电。因此应定期检查电源输出电压，在停产检修时应检查电源线路，固紧螺钉来保证供电无接线问题。UPS的电池寿命到期就要更换，不要等有故障再更换。
