When multiple self-adjusting systems are found to be out of order,and the valve position of the self-adjusting valve on the monitoring screen is in the fully open or fully closed position,check the gas source pressure of the instrument immediately.If the gas source pressure is less than 0.4MPa,it is abnormal.Check whether the gas source pipeline is Blockage or air leakage;if the air source pressure is less than 0.2MPa,emergency stop immediately.Turn all the self-adjustment systems on the monitoring screen to manual,adjust the valve position of the regulating valve to a safe position,notify the instrument engineer to check the gas source,and at the same time go to the site to operate,close the stop valves at both ends of the regulating valve,and operate with the bypass valve.

当发现多个自调系统失灵，监控画面上自调阀阀位在全开或全关位置，立即检查仪表气源压力，若气源压力小于0.4MPa，则不正常，检查气源管道有无堵塞或漏气现象;若气源压力小于0.2MPa，立即进行紧急停车。将监控画面上的自调系统全部打到手动，将调节阀阀位调到安全位置，通知仪表工检查气源，同时到现场进行操作，关闭调节阀两端的截止阀，用旁路阀操作。
