Since the oop alarm occurred,it was naturally suspected that the signal line was broken,and the signal line was checked,and the result was that the line was intact.First judge that its DCS card is faulty,and replace the dcs card at the alarm point,but the fault has not been solved.At this time,we realized that there must be interference,thereby affecting the dcs signal.In order to reduce the interference,the grounding of the instrument has been modified,but the fault has not been solved.After checking the dcs signal point,only the signal line sent by the inverter to the dcs is left most suspicious.
由于出现的是oop报警,自然怀疑是信号线断,对该信号线路进行检查,结果线路完好。先判断是其DCS卡件故障,对报警点的dcs卡件进行更换,但故障仍未得到解决。这时,我们意识到一定是存在干扰,从而对该dcs信号造成影响。为减少干扰,对仪表接地进行改造,但故障仍未解决。经过对该dcs信号点排查,最后只剩下由变频器送至dcs的信号线最值得怀疑。
