Introduce artificial intelligence technology
(1)Adopt intelligent control algorithms in the system application software,such as advanced control algorithms such as fuzzy logic,expert system,genetic algorithm,neuron network,etc.,to form a control module and network system with artificial intelligence,and improve the control level of the system.
(2)Use artificial intelligence technology for self-diagnosis and early prediction of faults.Because the artificial neural network has the ability of self-organization,self-learning and self-adaptation and parallel processing ability,it can monitor and detect faults of HCS after training,make early prediction of faults,optimize process control,and improve the working reliability of the system.
引入人工智能技术
(1)在系统应用软件中采纳智能控制算法,如模糊逻辑、专家系统、遗传算法、神经元网络等高级控制算法,形成具有人工智能的控制模块及网络系统,提高系统的控制水平。
(2)利用人工智能技术进行自诊断及故障的早期预测。由于人工神经网络具有自组织自学习自适应的能力及并行处理能力等,经过训练可对HCS进行监控和故障检测,并对故障作出早期预测,优化过程控制,提高系统的工作可靠性。
