1)隔离，这是抗干扰的主要措施之一。PLC的输人、输出接口电路一般采用光电耦合器来传递信号。这种光电隔离措施，使外部电路与内部电路之间避免了电的联系，可有效地抑制外部干扰源对PLC的影响，同时防止外部高电压串人，从而减少故障和误动作。
2)滤波，这是抗干扰的另一个主要措施。在PLC的电源电路和输入/输出电路中设置了多种滤波电路，用以对高频干扰信号进行有效抑制。
3)对PLC的内部电源还采取了屏蔽、稳压、保护等措施，以减少外界干扰，保证供电质量。另外使输入／输出接口电路的电源彼此独立，以避免电源之间的干扰。
4)内部设置了连锁、环境检测与诊断、Watchdog(“看门狗”)等电路，一旦发现故障或程序循环执行时间超过了警戒时钟WDT规定时间(预示程序进入了死循环)，立即报警，以保证CPU可靠工作。
5)利用系统软件定期进行系统状态、用户程序、工作环境和故障检测，并采取信息保护和恢复措施。
6)对用户程序及动态工作数据进行电池备份，以保障停电后有关状态或信息不丢失。
7)采用密封、防尘、抗振的外壳封装结构，以适应工作现场的恶劣环境。
8）以集成电路为基本元件，内部处理过程不依赖于机械触点，以保障高可靠性。而采用循环扫描的工作方式，也提高了抗干扰能力。
In order to ensure that PLC can work reliably in the industrial environment,a series of hardware and software anti-interference measures have been taken in the design and production process,mainly in the following aspects:
1)Isolation is one of the main anti-interference measures.The input and output interface circuits of PLC generally use optocoupler to transmit signals.This photoelectric isolation measure can avoid the electrical connection between the external circuit and the internal circuit,effectively suppress the influence of external interference sources on PLC,and prevent external high-voltage from running in tandem,thus reducing faults and misoperations.
2)Filtering is another main measure of anti-interference.A variety of filter circuits are set in the power circuit and input/output circuit of PLC to effectively suppress high-frequency interference signals.
3)The internal power supply of PLC is also shielded,stabilized and protected to reduce external interference and ensure the quality of power supply.In addition,make the power supply of input/output interface circuit independent of each other to avoid interference between power supplies.
4)Interlocking,environment detection and diagnosis,Watchdog and other circuits are set internally.Once a fault is found or the program cycle execution time exceeds the specified time of the alert clock WDT(indicating that the program has entered an endless cycle),an alarm will be given immediately to ensure the reliable operation of the CPU.
5)The system software shall be used to detect the system status,user program,working environment and fault regularly,and information protection and recovery measures shall be taken.
6)The user program and dynamic working data shall be backed up by batteries to ensure that relevant status or information will not be lost after power failure.
7)The sealed,dust-proof and anti vibration housing packaging structure is adopted to adapt to the harsh environment of the work site.
8)With integrated circuit as the basic element,the internal processing process does not rely on mechanical contacts to ensure high reliability.The use of circular scanning mode also improves the anti-interference ability.
