一)PLC工作流程。PLC的工作流程主要包括三个阶段,第一个阶段是采样阶段。PLC利用扫描方式,对数据以及状态进行读取,进而存贮到相应的硬盘以及I/0影像区对应的单元当中。当输入工作结束之后,便开始进入到用户的程序执行阶段,此时,PLC按照由上到下的顺序进行用户程序扫描,如果遇到的是梯形图,则遵循从左至右的原则,或者是自.上而下顺序原则并进行逻辑运算,进而按照逻辑运算结果对逻辑线圈的对应状态进行刷新。最后一个阶段则是输出阶段,此时,CPU会对输出锁存电路进行刷新,并将电路驱动的相关外围设备进行输出。
