这项技术的大致原理如下:当利用远红外线检测到风门需要开启时，PLC就会把信号传送到二位五通双控电磁阀，电磁阀就会打到供气的位置，相应的气缸活塞就会向外运动，就会打开设在风门上的小窗。根据风门的结构设计，当小窗开启到与风门夹角成30°时，小窗就会被固定销挡住，无法继续打开，这时行走支点继续向前移动，从而带动风门开启，由于风门，上的小窗已经打开，风门内外的压差基本消失，所以风门很容易就可以开启。当风门开启角达到90°时自动停止动作，车辆和行人可以通行。当检测到风门需要关闭时，PLC将控制信号传输到二位五通双控电磁阀使其换向，控制压气进入汽缸的另-一端，汽缸的活塞带动行走部分向回移动,先是小窗被关严,然后带动风]转动,直到风门完全被关严为止。从上面的技术原理我们可以看到，我们成功的把PLC技术的自动检测和控制的特点应用到”了风门的启闭中，解决了以前人工不方便等缺陷。我们采用了小窗这个特殊装置，大大减少了风门内外的压差，有效的减少了开启机构的强度和气缸的操作力，这也一-定程度上提高了设备的使用寿命。

When the damper is detected to be closed, PLC will control signal transmission to the two five-way double control solenoid valve to reverse, control the pressure into the other end of the cylinder, the cylinder piston driving part to move back, first the small window is closed, and then drive the wind rotation, until the damper is completely closed. From the above technical principles, we can see that we successfully applied the characteristics of automatic detection and control of PLC technology to the opening and closing of the damper, solving the previous manual inconvenience and other defects. We adopt the special device of small window, which greatly reduces the pressure difference inside and outside the damper, effectively reduces the strength of the opening mechanism and the operating force of the cylinder, which also improves the service life of the equipment to a certain extent.
