该技术的工作原理:在需要开启并下风[门的时，PLC把控制信号传送给二位五通双控电磁阀，此时电磁阀运动到相应位置实现供气，汽缸的活塞将会带动行走部分实现向外运动，而随即打开风门。上所设置的用于减小开启压力的窗口。若将开启角度设置成25″,当小窗开启到同风[门的夹角成25°时,小窗就会被固定销挡住而无法继续打开,但是行走支点却会继续向前移动来带动风门开启。当风[]的开启角度达到直角时,操作动作就会自动停止，车辆与行人即可通行。当风门需要关闭时，PLC将会把相反的控制信号传送给二位五通双控电磁阀,使其换向来控制压气进入汽缸的另–端，此时汽缸的活塞就会带动行走部分移动返回,在关严小窗后，然后在带动风门运动，直到风门被完全关严。
