In recent years,the Internet industry has attracted most software and algorithm graduates from colleges and universities with its generous salaries,while the ability of the physical manufacturing industry to attract talents is far behind the Internet industry.At present,the way to acquire talents in the mobile robot industry is mainly to carry out secondary education and training of talents in other majors among college graduates.Some companies even poach talents among their peers.This is not the solution in the long run.It will create confusion for the development of the industry.
