The so-called”firefighters”are people who are busy solving various emergencies:equipment failures,product problems…In many of our factories,the main job of technical and management personnel is”firefighting”.Over time,habit becomes natural:working in a factory,isn’t that what it is?We know that one word that people often encounter when talking about digital transformation is”optimization”.For this word,some people are very disgusted:I am usually too busy to be busy,how can there be so many things to optimize?!
