In this process,two things may not be simple:one is to find the source of the problem,and the other is to let the machine do it.I once gave an example:several quality problems occur every day,but it may take a few days to find the root cause;”software knowledge”is easy to say,but it may take months to do.If these two phenomena occur,the previous idea will be difficult to realize.

在这个过程中，有两件事可能并不简单：一件事是找到问题根源，一件事是交给机器去做。我曾经举过一个例子：质量问题每天都出现若干，但要找到根源可能要花几天的时间；“知识软件化”说起来容易，做起来可能要花几个月的时间。如果出现了这两种现象，前面的想法就难以实现。
