The Caixin China Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index(PMI)released on June 1 recorded 48.1,up 2.1 percentage points from the previous month,but it has been in a contraction range for three consecutive months.This shows that the negative impact of the spread of the epidemic in many places on the economy is still continuing,but the magnitude is marginally smaller than last month.

This trend is consistent with the manufacturing PMI of the Bureau of Statistics.The manufacturing PMI released by the National Bureau of Statistics in May was 49.6,2.2 percentage points higher than the previous month and still in the contraction range.

6月1日发布的财新中国制造业采购经理指数（PMI）录得48.1，较上月回升2.1个百分点，但已连续三个月处于收缩区间。这表明，多地散发疫情对经济的负面影响仍在持续，但幅度较上月边际减小。

这一走势与统计局制造业PMI一致。国家统计局公布的5月制造业PMI录得49.6，高于上月2.2个百分点，仍处于收缩区间。
