A machine tool is a complex electromechanical information system that is affected by statics,dynamics,vibration and heat during machining.Taking the internal heat effect as an example,it includes dozens or even hundreds of factors such as the heat generated by the motor rotating and cutting the magnetic field line,the friction heat generated by the movement of the screw guide,and the heat generated during the cutting process,and the generated heat will cause the parts to be damaged.Thermal deformation causes changes in tool and material properties,which are ultimately superimposed on machining errors.
