Focusing on the technical problems of long production process,large scale of equipment,difficult continuous and stable control,high energy consumption,and high production safety requirements in large-scale process industries,Central Control Technology has presided over the development of a series of software and hardware for large-scale industrial process full-process intelligent operation and control systems.It covers basic control,production monitoring,advanced control,real-time optimization,operation management,operation simulation and other equipment and software.The results of this project are widely used in large-scale oil refining and chemical full-process production units such as Sinopec and PetroChina,which solves major engineering and technical problems in process control of large-scale process industries,and has significant economic and social benefits.

围绕大型流程工业生产流程长、装置规模大、连续稳定控制难、能耗高、生产安全性要求高等技术难题，中控技术主持研制了大型工业过程全流程智能运行与管控系统的系列软硬件，覆盖基础控制、生产监视、先进控制、实时优化、操作运行管理、操作仿真模拟等装备和软件。该项目成果广泛应用于中国石化、中国石油等大型炼油及化工全流程生产装置，解决了大型流程工业过程管控重大工程技术难题，具有显著的经济和社会效益。
