At the same time,the field of building construction is also one of the important areas of energy conservation and emission reduction.In China,the total carbon emissions in the whole process of construction accounts for more than half of the total carbon emissions in the country.As the main place for social and economic activities,buildings face huge challenges and opportunities for energy reduction.The”General Specification for Building Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Utilization”(GB55015)approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development will be officially implemented in April 2022.The specification requires that the carbon emission intensity of new residential and public buildings should be reduced by 40%on the basis of the energy-saving design standards implemented in 2016,and the carbon emission intensity should be reduced by more than 7 kg/m2 on average.

同时，楼宇建筑领域也是节能减排的重要领域之一。在中国，全国建筑全过程碳排放总量占全国碳排放总量比重的一半以上，建筑楼宇作为社会经济活动的主要场所，面临着巨大的能源减排挑战和机遇。由住建部批准的《建筑节能与可再生能源利用通用规范》（GB55015）已于2022年4月起正式实施。规范要求新建居住和公共建筑碳排放强度应分别在2016年执行的节能设计标准基础上降低40%，碳排放强度平均降低7公斤/平方米以上。
