Paper structure is one of the key quality parameters for most paper grades.Fiber blending,fineness,jetting/threading,lines,water removal,pressurization processes and texture treatments are all important factors that leave a significant”print”in the paper structure.So far,existing single-point and scanning in-line measurement solutions are only one indicator of paper structure.An indicator can show that the structure of the paper has changed,but not which elements in the structure of the paper have changed.
