According to the report of the World Economic Forum,digitalization and automation will bring more new employment opportunities.On the one hand,due to the use of new technologies such as automation,the demand for existing jobs has decreased,and low-skilled jobs such as simple repetitive labor are most likely to be replaced by machines.It is estimated that in the next five years,85 million jobs worldwide will be affected by this.But at the same time,due to the investment in new technologies,97 million related jobs will be created in the next five years,especially the surge in demand for jobs related to human-computer interaction and algorithms.

世界经济论坛的报告指出，数字化和自动化将带来更多新的就业机会。一方面，由于自动化等新技术的使用，现有工作岗位需求减少，简单重复劳动等低技能岗位最容易被机器所取代。预计未来5年，全球受此影响的岗位达8500万个。但同时，由于新技术投入，未来5年将创造9700万相关工作岗位，尤其是人机交互、算法等相关岗位需求激增。
