Since the reform and opening up,my country’s manufacturing industry has developed rapidly under the overall arrangement of the Party Central Committee.From 2010 to 2021,the added value of my country’s manufacturing industry will increase from 16.98 trillion yuan to 31.37 trillion yuan,maintaining the status of the world’s largest manufacturing country for 12 consecutive years.It is the only country in the world that has all the industrial categories listed in the United Nations Industrial Classification.,has 41 major industrial categories,207 medium categories,666 small categories,and the output of more than 220 industrial products ranks first in the world.However,it should also be clearly recognized that my country is not yet a manufacturing powerhouse,and is generally at the middle and low end of the international division of labor and industrial chain,with key core technologies such as”two machines and one core”represented by aero engines,lithography machines,and chips.The situation of being”stuck in the neck”has always existed,restricting the improvement of my country’s economic efficiency and industrial security and stability.

改革开放以来，在党中央统筹部署下，我国制造业获得飞速发展。2010年—2021年，我国制造业增加值从16.98万亿元增长到31.37万亿元，连续12年保持世界第一制造业大国地位，是全球唯一拥有联合国产业分类中所列全部工业门类的国家，拥有41个工业大类、207个中类、666个小类，220多种工业产品产量居世界第一位。但也应清楚地认识到，我国还不是制造业强国，总体上处于国际分工和产业链的中低端，以航空发动机、光刻机、芯片为代表的“两机一芯”等关键核心技术被“卡脖子”的情况一直存在，制约我国经济效能提升和产业安全稳定。
