PLC system is divided into logic circuit grounding and power circuit grounding.There are three ways:common ground,floating ground,chassis common ground and circuit floating.Generally,it is best to use the grounding method of the controller and other equipment separately.When grounding,pay attention:the grounding wire should be as thick as possible,generally larger than 2mm2 for grounding;the grounding point should be as close as possible to the controller,and the distance between the grounding point and the controller should not be greater than 50m;The grounding wire should avoid the wires of the strong current circuit and the main circuit as far as possible.
Practice has proved that grounding is often an important means of suppressing noise and preventing interference.A good grounding method can suppress the coupling of internal noise to a large extent,prevent the intrusion of external interference,and improve the anti-interference ability of the system.
PLC系统分为逻辑电路接地和功率电路接地,有共地、浮地及机壳共地和电路浮地等三种方式。一般采用控制器与其它设备分别接地方式最好,接地时注意:接地线尽量粗,一般大于2mm2的线接地;接地点应尽量靠近控制器,接地点与控制器之间的距离不大于50m;接地线应尽量避开强电回路和主回路的电线,不能避开时,应垂直相交,应尽量缩短平行走线的长度。
实践证明,接地往往是抑制噪声和防止干扰的重要手段,良好的接地方式可在很大程度上抑制内部噪声的耦合,防止外部干扰的侵入,提高系统的抗干扰能力。
