A normal operating automatic control system,if the given value is changed(or the system is disturbed),it can be stabilized by observing the up and down fluctuations of the curve 2-3 times on the paperless recorder.Generally,the transition process can be considered as 4:1~within the range of 10:1.However,it is difficult to strictly identify the decay curve of 4:1~10:1 on the paperless recorder for the fast response flow,pipeline pressure and small-capacity liquid level adjustment system.At this time,it can be judged by observing the change of the actuator action.If the stability is achieved by swinging back and forth twice,it can be approximated as a 4:1 decay process.
一个运行正常的自控系统,如果改变给定值(或系统受干扰),在无纸记录仪上观察曲线上、下波动2-3次就能稳定下来,一般可认为过渡过程在4:1~10:1的范围内。但是,对反应较快的流量、管道压力和小容量的液位调节系统,耍在无纸记录仪上严格地认定4:1~10:1的衰减曲线就比较困难。这时,可通过观察执行器动作的变化来判断。如果来回摆动2次就达到稳定,就可以近似认为是4:1衰减过程。
