Main technical performance and technical requirements
(1)Siemens S7-400 control system(switch and analog).The working environment temperature of the equipment is required to be 20-25°C,shockproof,dustproof,anti-electromagnetic interference,and the relative humidity is 20%-70%without condensation;the principle of arranging the templates on a base frame is:the number of templates that can be inserted is affected by them from the super back The limit of the current value obtained by the board bus(see the technical requirements of each module for details).
(2)S7-400 template arrangement principle for multiple rack configurations.Interface modules are always located in slot 3,to the left of the first signal module.There should be no more than 8 slots per rack,the template is always to the left of the interface template.The number of modules that can be inserted is limited by the current allowed by the S7-400 backplane bus,each row or each rack
Always current consumption cannot exceed 1.2A.
(3)Optional power supply when the CPU is working:200-240VAC,24VDC.
(4)The total power of the selected power supply module cannot be lower than or equal to the total current consumption of the input and output units.
(5)The CPU template has a backup battery,which has the function of preventing the loss of the electricity program.
(6)The system should be grounded separately,and the grounding resistance R≤4n.
主要技术性能及技术要求
(1)西门子S7—400控制系统(开关量和模拟量)。要求设备工作环境温度20-25℃,防震、防尘、防电磁干扰,相对湿度20%-70%无冷凝;一个基架上模板的安排原则是:能够插入的模板数,受它们从超级背板总线取得的电流值的限制(具体参见各模板的技术要求)。
(2)多个机架配置的S7—400模板安排原则。接口模板总是位于3号槽,第1个信号模板的左边。每个机架上不应超过8个槽板,模板总是位于接口模板的左边。能插入的模板数受S7—400背板总线允许提供电流的限制,每1排或每1机架
总是电流耗量不能超过1.2A。
(3)CPU工作时可选的电源:200—240VAC、24VDC。
(4)选用电源模板总电量不能低于或等于输入、输出单元的电流总耗量。
(5)CPU模板有后备电池,起防电程序丢失的功能。
(6)系统应单独接地,接地电阻R≤4n。
