Connect the programmable controller,use the display screen to display,write the working parameters or input the operation command through the input unit(such as touch screen,keyboard,mouse,etc.),and realize the interaction between human and machine information.The touch screen is easy to use,sturdy and durable,fast response,space saving and other advantages,so that more and more system designers feel that the use of touch screen has considerable advantages.The touch screen consists of hardware and software.The user interface design can be completed by using the software,and the use of the computer can be greatly simplified in combination with the PLC programming.Control system parameters,store production recipes,and record equipment production data.The learning of touch screen can be carried out according to the following steps.First,carefully read the screen design manual for a certain series of touch screens to design the user screen;then design the touch screen screen operation to implement the corresponding PLC program;finally,open the touch screen and PLC programming simulation software for simulation debugging.
