The power line is the main way to interfere with incoming and outgoing equipment.Through the power line,the interference of the power grid can enter the equipment and interfere with the normal operation of the equipment.Similarly,the interference generated by the equipment may also be transmitted to the power grid through the power line and interfere with other equipment.normal operation of the device.In order to suppress this kind of interference,it is necessary to add EMI filter at the power inlet.The interference is introduced into the ground through the capacitor inside the EMI filter.If the ground is not reliable,it will”leak”.

This problem can be solved as long as the grounding point of the PLC is reliably grounded.At the same time,it is stipulated in the national standard GB4943(safety of information technology equipment)that relevant electrical appliances(including power supplies)must be grounded.

电源线是干扰传入设备和传出设备的主要途径，通过电源线，电网的干扰可以传入设备，干扰设备的正常工作，同样设备产生的干扰也可能通过电源线传到电网上，干扰其他设备的正常工作。为抑制这种干扰，需要在电源进线处加入EMI滤波器。EMI滤波器内部通过电容把干扰引入大地，如果不可靠接地，就会“漏电”。

只要将PLC的接地点可靠接地，就可以解决这一问题。同时在国标GB4943（信息技术设备的安全）中规定，相关的用电器（包括电源）必须接地。
