Hardware design is a crucial part of the PLC control system,which is related to the reliability,safety and stability of the PLC control system.It mainly includes two parts:input and output circuits.

1.Design of PLC and peripheral circuits,design of electrical circuits and design of anti-interference measures.

2.After selecting the PLC model and assigning I/O points,the main content of the hardware design is the design of the schematic diagram of the electrical control system,the selection of electrical control components and the design of the control cabinet.

3.The schematic diagram of the electrical control system includes the main circuit and the control circuit.The control circuit includes I/O wiring of PLC and detailed connection of automatic and manual parts.The selection of electrical components is based on the selection of buttons,switches,sensors,protective appliances,contactors,indicator lights,solenoid valves,etc.according to the control requirements.

硬件设计是PLC控制系统至关重要的一个环节，关系着PLC控制系统运行的可靠性、安全性、稳定性。主要包括输入和输出电路两部分。

1.PLC及外围线路的设计、电气线路的设计和抗干扰措施的设计等。

2.选定PLC的机型和分配I/O点后，硬件设计的主要内容就是电气控制系统原理图的设计、电气控制元器件的选择和控制柜的设计。

3.电气控制系统的原理图包括主电路和控制电路。控制电路中包括PLC的I/O接线和自动、手动部分的详细连接等。电器元件的选择丰要是根据控制要求选择按钮、开关、传感器、保护电器、接触器、指示灯、电磁阀等。
