The controller is considered as the”brain”of the industrial robot,which can control the motion,posture,time and trajectory of the robot in the working space,which is of great significance to the development of the robot industry.At present,my country has made some progress in the independent research and development of controllers.Xinshida released its new controller product SC series motion controller at the 2021 ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition.The controller supports 32-axis linkage interpolation,128-axis control,pulse axis,using quad-core high-performance CPU with a maximum frequency of 1GHz,the shortest cycle control cycle can reach 120us;Guangzhou CNC independently developed GSK-RC robot controller;Huazhong CNC independently developed CCR series robot control At the beginning of the year,Mindray Robot released its self-developed mobile robot intelligent controller ADC1000;Gotech developed a four-axis robot controller in 2001.In recent years,it has successfully developed an eight-axis robot control system and achieved mass production.

控制器被认为是工业机器人的“大脑”，能够控制机器人在工作空间中的运动、姿态、时间和轨迹，对于机器人产业的发展意义重大。当前我国在控制器的自主研发上已经取得一定的进展，新时达在2021年ITES深圳工业展上发布了其研发的控制器新产品SC系列运动控制器，该控制器支持32轴联动插补、128轴控制、脉冲轴，采用四核最高主频达1GHz的高性能CPU，周控周期最短可达120us；广州数控自主研发了GSK-RC机器人控制器；华中数控自主研发了CCR系列机器人控制器；迈睿机器人年初发布了自主研发的移动机器人智能控制器ADC1000；固高科技2001年研发出四轴机器人控制器，近年来已经成功研发八轴机器人控制系统并实现量产。
