要重视DCS的干扰问题。要使DCS之间实现信号顺利传送，理想状态就是参与互传互递的DCS共有一个“地”，且它们之间的信号参考点的电位应为零，但在生产现场是不可能做到的。因为，各个“地”之间的接线电阻会产生压降，再者所处环境不同，这“地”之间的差异也会引入干扰，将会影响DCS的正确采样。干扰问题也是检查、判断DCS故障时要首先考虑的因素之一。
