In addition to line problems,network communication failures are also caused by software reasons,such as configuration irregularities.In production,the configuration of the regulator changes,but the configuration of the application software only increases but does not decrease,resulting in a lot of invalid data,and the system is still reading these data when it is running.If there is no such data on the network,it will cause network congestion.The best solution is to optimize the configuration by removing invalid data.
网络通信故障除线路问题引起的以外,还有就是软件原因引起的,如组态不规范。在生产中调节器的组态有变化,但应用软件组态只增加不减少,形成很多无效数据,而系统运行时仍在读取这些数据,如果网络上根本没有这些数据就会造成网络堵塞。最好的办法就是删除无效数据对组态进行优化。
