When maintaining or troubleshooting the system,sometimes misoperation occurs,which happens to those who frequently perform system maintenance or who are new to system maintenance.Generally,when modifying the control logic,downloading software,restarting the device or forcing the device,the protection signal is the most prone to misoperation.In light cases,some measuring points and equipment are abnormal,and in heavy cases,the units or main auxiliary equipment are out of service,and the consequences are very serious.In the chemical plants used,failures caused by human error account for a large proportion of unsafe incidents.
