This paper aims at the application of PLC technology in the field of electromechanical equipment automation control, combined with the actual, on its application in the process of using electromechanical equipment is discussed, to provide reference for its further research and application in the field of electromechanical equipment automation. (1) Technical characteristics of PLC. (2) Complete set, perfect function, strong applicability. Modern PLC mostly has perfect data operation ability, can be used in various digital control fields. PLC interface is easy, ladder diagram language graphic symbol and expression and relay circuit diagram is quite close, only a small amount of switching logic control instructions can easily achieve the function of relay circuit.
