IS220PRTDH1A是通用电气公司的电阻温度设备输入模块。该模块是通用电气公司的Mark Vle Speedtronic系统的一部分,该系统是最终可用的
Speedtronic系统之一。Speedtronic系列是通用电气公司在20世纪60年代为管理I业燃气和蒸汽涡轮机而创造的,包括马克I、马克2号、马克IV和
马克VI等流行版本。
IS220PRTDH1A是一-个I/O包,设计用于与端子板配合使用。当与is 200 RTD H2 d、IS200SRTDH1A或IS200SRTDH2A等特定端子板-起使用时,
它被批准用于危险场所。这个单元有自己的电源。
在IS220PRTDH1A_上,只有电阻式简单仪器(如RTD)才应连接到RTD输入。用于这些连接的电缆应具有当地电气规范中规定的适当绝缘。

现象：点击工业触摸屏的某块区域，无反应，但是该区域周围被感应到，产生了触摸事件
问题分析：工业触摸屏的感应区域是由一条条的感应通道组成的，若某几条感应通道坏了，那么点击该区域时，TP无法感应到电场。发生了变化，因此点击该区域时无反应，但是周围相邻的正常通道会感应到电场的变化，因此那块区域就会出现触摸事件。给人的感觉就是，触摸了这块区域，但是另外一块区域响应了。
根本原因：工业触摸屏硬件通道损坏
改进措施：更换硬件
二、当工控触摸屏工作电压异常时导致工控触摸屏乱跳失灵
现象：工业触摸屏无规律的乱跳
问题分析：工业触摸屏无规律的乱跳，说明工业触摸屏自身工作不正常，当工业触摸屏的供电小于其正常工作电压时，会引起此现象。
根本原因：工业触摸屏供电异常
改进措施：修改工业触摸屏供电电压，使其正常，可能需要修改LDO供电，硬件有可能需要改板
Phenomenon:When you click a certain area of the industrial touch screen,there is no response,but touch events are generated by sensing around the area
Problem analysis:the induction area of the industrial touch screen is composed of an induction channel,if a few induction channels are broken,then click on the area,TP can not sense the electric field.So there’s no response when you click on that area,but the adjacent normal channels sense the change in the electric field,so there’s a touch event in that area.It’s like you touch one area,but another area responds.
Root cause:Industrial touch screen hardware channel damage
Improvement measures:Replace the hardware
Two,when the working voltage of the industrial touch screen is abnormal,the industrial touch screen will jump out of order
Phenomenon:irregular jump of industrial touch screen
Problem analysis:the irregular jump of the industrial touch screen shows that the industrial touch screen itself does not work properly.When the power supply of the industrial touch screen is less than its normal working voltage,this phenomenon will be caused.
Root cause:The power supply to the industrial touch screen is abnormal
Improvement measures:Modify the industrial touch screen power supply voltage to make it normal,LDO power supply may need to be modified,hardware may need to change board
